Phase 1: Intake

Owner: Dima (Creative Director) Cost: €25/hr gated assessment Duration: 1-3 sessions

  • Client contacts GE (via Margot or direct)
  • Dima conducts creative intake: understands the vision, constraints, target audience
  • KYC verification
  • Initial feasibility assessment

Phase 2: Scoping

Owner: Aimée (Technical Architect) Output: Formal scope document, budget estimate, timeline

  • Technical architecture decisions
  • Technology stack selection (framework, database, hosting tier)
  • Work package decomposition
  • Scope assessment is final — defines exactly what gets built
  • Client reviews and approves scope before development starts

Phase 3: Contract & Team Assignment

Owner: Dirk-Jan (CEO) + Dolly (Orchestrator)

  • Contract signed
  • Client assigned to Team Alpha or Team Beta
  • Assignment is permanent — client stays with their team forever
  • Cross-team work triggers automatic HALT
  • This ensures context retention across the full lifecycle

Phase 4: Development

Owner: Assigned team Duration: Scope-dependent (days to weeks for agentic delivery)

  • Backend, frontend, iOS development in parallel
  • Alexander handles UI/UX design
  • GitLab CI pipeline runs tests automatically
  • Code review on every PR (Koen for Alpha, Eric for Beta)

Phase 5: Testing & Delivery

Owner: Marije/Judith (Tester) + Leon (Deployment)

  • Integration tests exercise actual system paths (Proof of Life)
  • Performance testing against scope requirements
  • Zero-downtime deployment to client infrastructure
  • Client acceptance testing

Phase 6: Ongoing Support

Duration: 12-month lifecycle guarantee

  • Same team maintains the software
  • Bug fixes prioritized over features
  • Tokens don't expire — allocated support budget carries forward
  • Monitoring agents (Nessa, Eltjo, Mira) provide continuous observation

Policies

  • No refunds for cancelled projects (scope assessment cost is final)
  • Scope assessments are final — changes require new scope assessment
  • Tokens don't expire — support budget is banked, not lost
