Several agents have IDENTITY-ROLE.md files 2-4x their target of ~200 lines, wasting 2-3k tokens per session. Annegreet: 773 lines, Urszula: 566, Arjan: 491.

Impact

~3,100 extra tokens/session for worst offenders. Across 5 agents: ~$70/month wasted.

Proposed Solution

Human review of each ROLE file. Keep role-specific procedures, remove generic instructions already in constitution, move detailed examples to REFERENCE tier.

Acceptance Criteria

• Priority agents ROLE files under 250 lines
• No loss of essential behavioral guidance
