Infrastructure Overview Doc Stale Agent Status

Problem

infrastructure/overview.md and pitfalls/agent-system.md say "ron, annegreet, mira, eltjo remain DISABLED" — all 4 were re-enabled 2026-02-15.

Impact

Sessions reading these docs incorrectly believe 4 agents are disabled.

Proposed Solution

Update both documents to reflect current state (all agents active since 2026-02-15).

Acceptance Criteria

• No references to disabled agents that are actually running
